Enjoying the breeze.
This is one of my "Graceful Opulence" original art piece.
The heavily embellishing is inspired by the Spanish matador costumes, which is known for extravagant beautiful handwork.
I used various material and accessory such as lace, natural stones, beads, shell buttons, and metallic pieces which I embroidered onto the canvas.
As you probably can tell the lengthy process from the countless stitches that is shown on the attached picture (on the back of the canvas,)
The Figure and background of the painting is multiple layered of acrylic paint with some modeling paste and gold leaf.
This unique piece is 19-3/4" x 15-3/4" x 3/4".
Sides are painted.
